• Logo and visual identity

• Event concepts and formats

• Content, materials, and intellectual property

are exclusively reserved and protected under Beauty Travel Company.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, imitation, or commercial exploitation of the Med Global Event Company brand, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Beauty Travel Company, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Use of Services

All services, events, and collaborations conducted under Med Global Event Company are managed directly or indirectly by Beauty Travel Company. Participation in events or engagement with services implies acceptance of this structure.

4. Third-Party Participation

Partners, sponsors, and participants are granted limited, non-transferable rights to reference the brand solely for approved promotional purposes and within the agreed scope.

5. Limitation of Liability

Beauty Travel Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services under the Med Global Event Company brand at its discretion.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
